Why people like this crate
A lot of dog crates can feel flimsy or awkward to set up.
This one keeps things simple:
- Foldable design
- Easy setup
- Portable carry handle
- Leak-proof tray included
- Secure locking latch
It folds down flat when not in use, which makes storage much easier.
Good size for medium to larger dogs
The 36-inch version is designed for dogs around 41–70 pounds.
That includes breeds like:
- Bulldogs
- Beagles
- Whippets
- Similar medium-to-large dogs
If your dog is closer to the upper end of that range, you may want to size up for extra room.
Helpful for crate training
One thing many people like is the open wire design.
It gives dogs:
- Better airflow
- Visibility
- A less closed-in feeling
That can help reduce anxiety and make crate training easier for some pets.
The lower threshold and larger opening also make it easier for dogs to enter and exit comfortably.
Built for everyday use
This crate uses sturdy metal wire construction with a protective finish designed to resist everyday wear.
It also includes:
- Rounded safety clips
- Secure latch system
- Leak-proof plastic tray
- Rubber feet to help protect floors
For most households, it’s more than enough for regular daily use.
Things to know
A few things worth keeping in mind:
- This is more of a practical everyday crate than a premium decorative furniture-style crate
- Divider panel is not included with this version
- Proper sizing is important — make sure to choose the right size for your dog’s adult weight
But for the price and functionality, it offers a lot of value.
Who this is great for
This is a great option if you:
- Need a crate for training
- Want something portable and foldable
- Travel with your dog
- Need a secure indoor crate
- Want something affordable but reliable
