This Simple Cleaner Might Replace Your Vacuum AND Mop (Especially If You Want Something Lightweight)
If cleaning your floors has started to feel like too much work — dragging out a vacuum, then a mop — this is one of those products that actually simplifies things.
The Shark VACMOP Cordless Hard Floor Cleaner VM252 is designed to do both jobs at the same time. It vacuums up dirt and dust, then sprays and mops right after — all in one step.
And the first thing most people notice?
It’s very lightweight.
At just over 3 pounds, it’s easy to carry, easy to push, and doesn’t feel like a workout just to clean the kitchen or living room.
What makes this stand out
- ✔ Vacuums and mops at the same time (no switching tools)
- ✔ Lightweight and easy to move around
- ✔ Cordless — no plugging and unplugging
- ✔ Simple spray button for tougher spots
- ✔ Pads trap dirt (instead of pushing it around)
- ✔ No-touch disposal — just click and toss
The no-touch pad system is something a lot of people appreciate. When you’re done, you don’t have to deal with rinsing dirty mop heads — you just press a button and throw the pad away.
A small detail that’s surprisingly helpful
It has LED headlights on the front.
That might sound minor, but it actually helps you see dust and crumbs under furniture or in corners that you’d normally miss.
What to be aware of
This isn’t meant to replace a full heavy-duty vacuum for carpets.
It works best on:
- Hardwood floors
- Tile
- Laminate
- Vinyl
Also, it uses disposable pads, so there’s a small ongoing cost. But for many people, the convenience is worth it.
Who this is perfect for
- Seniors who want something light and easy to use
- Anyone tired of using separate vacuum + mop
- People who want quick daily cleaning without hassle
- Smaller homes, apartments, or kitchens
Final thoughts
This isn’t a complicated machine — and that’s exactly why people like it.
It’s simple, practical, and does what it’s supposed to do without making cleaning harder than it needs to be.
If you want something that helps you clean faster, with less effort, this is one of those products that just makes life easier.
